Catalyst does not ask buyers to trust unsupported occupancy or move-in stories. The public proof system stays bounded to the pre-handoff workflow and to evidence that can actually be defended.

What Catalyst can prove publicly today

The strongest public proof right now is process evidence: onboarding, training, QA, escalation, reporting, and a repeated ownership boundary.

What the workflow is measured against

Qualified conversations, scheduled-tour momentum, response discipline, reduced lead leakage, and handoff quality are the right pre-handoff outcome classes.

What we will not overclaim

Catalyst does not publish full-funnel, occupancy, or move-in ownership language unless attribution is clearly bounded and publicly defensible.

Public proof boundary

No public case study is published until the supporting evidence is cleared.

That is intentional. This site does not use results pages to sneak in full-funnel or occupancy language that the proof system cannot support.

No approved public case-study detail is live yet. The first-wave results page therefore stays focused on bounded proof classes and the process logic buyers can verify today.
